Ensemble Intelligence
Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy covers what Ensemble Intelligence (“Ensemble”) collects through this website, why, and how to ask us to delete it. It applies to the website only. Information exchanged during an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.
What we collect
We collect what you enter into the inquiry form. Required fields let us respond; the rest are optional.
- Required: first name, last name, work email address, organization, country, a description of your project or question, and your consent to this policy.
- Optional: job title or role, phone number, industry, request type, relevant locations or assets, hazards or variables of interest, decision or reporting context, time horizon, intended use, desired timing, preferred output, and how you heard about Ensemble.
- Automatically recorded with your submission: the time of submission, the page you submitted from, the referring website, and any campaign parameters present in the link you followed.
Why we collect it
We use inquiry information only to assess whether Ensemble can help, to reply, and to keep an internal record. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and an inquiry does not add you to a mailing list.
Where your inquiry goes
Every inquiry is emailed to all six founding partners, so whoever is best placed to answer can respond. Your address is set as the reply-to on that message, and you receive an automatic confirmation.
The email is delivered through a third-party transactional email provider acting on our instructions. That provider processes the message in order to deliver it.
Records we keep
We retain the inquiry email and a delivery log recording when it was sent and whether it arrived. The log exists so that a message to us cannot simply disappear.
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond and maintain business correspondence, then delete them.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-conscious tool to count page views. We use the aggregate counts to improve the site.
Analytics never receive the contents of your inquiry: no free-text field is sent to any analytics system.
Please do not send sensitive information
This form is a first point of contact, not a secure channel. Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, personally sensitive, or legally privileged information through it. If your question requires that material, say so in general terms and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
Access and deletion
You can ask what inquiry information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to your confirmation email, or use the inquiry form and say the message concerns a data request. We will act on it and confirm when it is done.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date shown above.
